Exchange and Return

 

 

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return it to us. At the Arya Boy webshop, you are entitled to a return for 21* days. This period starts on the day of receipt of the order. Please note that return costs will be charged for returning items. For returns from the Netherlands, this is €6 per order. For returns from Western Europe, these costs are €7,75. For returns from Eastern Europe, these costs are €14.95. These costs are deducted from the amount you will receive back.

Return your package

With this link, you can return your package to us. To do this, you need your postcode (e.g. 1234AA) and order number (e.g. VER12345).

Please note: For orders delivered to an address in Germany or Belgium, it is not possible to use this return portal. In this case, you can contact us at [email protected] Please state in your e-mail your order number, which items for what reason, and which handling you want (money back or exchange). We will then manually create a return label for you, which you will receive by e-mail from UPS.

Conditions for returns

For purchases made in the Arya Boy webshop, you can return items up to 21 days after receipt. During this period, you should handle the products with care.

If items may be returned:• The garments must not be worn (except for fitting)• Furthermore, the product must be unwashed• The garments must bear the original labels• If the garments have factory defects (e.g. loose stitching, stain, or other defects)

If items may not be returned:• If the label has been removed• If there are clear traces of use (makeup and lipstick stains, loose hair, scents, etc.) If you return items that do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to set off up to a maximum of 50% of the purchase amount.

For returning items, there are three options:

  • Refund of the purchase amount
  • Adjusting the AfterPay invoice
  • Exchange for a different size/item

 

Exchange?

If you want to exchange an item, you can indicate this in the return portal. Please provide the item code, color, and size of the item you wish to receive. Our webshop employees will manually create a new order for you, as soon as your return has been received and processed. You will receive a new order confirmation by e-mail. Unless expressly discussed otherwise, such orders will always be sent to a service point close to the delivery address where you can pick up the package.

Is the newly chosen item cheaper than the item you returned? Then this price difference will be refunded in the same way as the payment has been made. If you have chosen AfterPay as your payment method, we will adjust your invoice with AfterPay.

Trade more than once

If you exchange an item, we will charge shipping costs for this. But if you want to exchange the newly chosen item again, i.e. more than once, we will charge the shipping costs for the exchange.

Is the newly chosen item more expensive than the item you returned? In this case, the amounts will be settled and you will receive an e-mail from our webshop employees containing the outstanding amount, and our bank details so that you can pay by bank transfer. Once we have received a confirmation of this payment, your new order will be prepared for processing.

Exchange outlet items

If you want to exchange outlet items, we will charge the return costs for the item(s) to be exchanged. The return costs are 6 EUR.

Damaged items

Have you received a defective item? Please contact our webshop employees as soon as possible via [email protected] so that they can offer you a suitable solution.

We strive to refund returned products within 3 working days of receipt of the return package. If you have not received a refund after a week, please contact us. Arya Boy (Sharik B.V.) reserves the right to wait to refund or exchange until we have actually received the items.

Store return policy

WAM Denim applies a return right of 14 days in stores. Within this period, unworn items, with labels attached, can be returned in their original packaging on the presentation of the receipt. You will receive a voucher for the full amount, which you can spend in the store at a later time. No money will be returned for returned purchases.

It is not possible to exchange or return items purchased in the webshop in our store
